So I guess I'm kind of a crap daughter because I made this week "Back to School" week, not thinking about the fact that today is my mother's birthday and I should put up a license plate that would have special meaning for her. Although in my defense, she is a university professor, so she's back to school now...and...yeah.

Anyways, my mother LOVES the film The Wizard of Oz, and when I say loves, I mean, is obsessed with, has mutliple collectible items relating to, etc. So on your birthday, Mom, here's a plate just for you:
