I really have no idea what this means. Is it some kind of slang all the cool kids use nowadays?



I will say though that the "cat" and "slap" combo for some reason makes me think of catty girl fights, and this being 9/02/10 Day, that seems fitting.

It's a stretch, I know. Obviously there is a serious dearth of 90120 themed plates in Virginia.
