I know I just did a Caps license plate, but today is my favorite player, Alexander Semin's birthday, so I've gotta show some Caps love:



Look at that enthusiasm! I don't believe the exclamation point is an option for Virginia vanity plates, but I like it.

    I agree about the exclamation point. It would be cool to be able to put special characters in...even more options for those vanity plates!
